Objective: Apply Tessellation to a material

First of all drag your material to your plane.

Then change the shader to LitTessellation

Then set the displacement mode to Tessellation displacement and drag your height map to the Height map.

Work around settings like Tessellation factor, remappings, Max, etc

And this is the result from the flat texture.
